Hi-NET Networked GIS Information Management System
Hi-NET networked GIS information management system is an efficient integrated solution of GIS data collection, data processing, data broadcasting, online management and remote internet access. Not only does it have all kinds of basic GIS data processing functions but also it can act as a universal platform performing GIS data networked real-time management.

Network GIS Function: Login password and operation authority realize hierarchical system management; Log file can record and manage system working conditions and client login and working status in real time; Receive client GPS data and display movement in real time, support play back and query according to time period; Able to manage multiple clients spontaneously, receive the GPS data they uploaded and update database in real time, support HTTP; Able to give various instructions, including message, multiple media, email and form, etc.; Support CORS.

System Security: Hi-NET has excellent security architecture, which is made up of three parts, safe-to-use software, safe GIS client login and safe differential reference station login. Strict multiple division of authority guarantee the efficient control of system and information access security.

Online Monitoring: Hi-NET is able to monitor connected GIS data collectors in real time and display the location and status of moving GIS data collectors. It can give instructions to remote moving GIS data collectors and replay the GPS tracks of them through 3G wireless communication.

Data Exchange: Hi-NET management system and mobile GIS data collectors can exchange data through 3G wireless communication. The management system is able to send instructions to GIS data collectors and the latter can send data information to the management system in real time.

Interface Display: Hi-NET management system uses see-solve data processing, adopting figure, tree diagram, and list show way to implement mutual convenient operation, meanwhile, supports Google Earth, MapInfo and map GIS information online import.

Higher Accuracy: Moving GIS data collector can receive differential information broadcast by the HD-CORS system which is in combination with informationized management system, which can improve positioning accuracy and working efficiency.

Remote Access: Any user having privileges can login the Hi-NET networked GIS information management system anywhere through an ordinary web browser, and perform operations such as downloads, data uploads and viewing status.
